Let's Face It Facial Review

I've been really wanting to try the services of Let's Face It but never really had the chance in the past. Good thing I was able to really plan it out today and really insert having a facial session at Let's Face It.

How's my experience? Continue reading...

Let's Face It Facial Treatment

Red Laser

I availed for the typical facial cleaning (PHP 245.00) plus whitening mask. All in all both treatments cost PHP 695.00

After 2 minutes of waiting, my name was called and I was ushered to lie down. As I surveyed the room, I noticed that we looked like a factory of people being serviced. We were provably 15 - 18 people inside. It's just odd that I can hear people whispering. I noticed that the whispers are coming from the therapist trying to have a rapport with their clients and trying to make small talks. It's just a turn-off for me.

Then my therapist started talking to me and started analyzing my skin. She keeps on insisting I do a certain treatment that would require me to pay PHP 650 more. I told her that I will try her suggestion the next time. She touches my skin here and there and suggested again that I go for the treatment she mentioned 5 minutes ago. This is really starting to be irritating that's why I stopped reacting to her AT ALL. I think my therapist noticed it and started with the procedure.

The After Effect of Facial and Whitening Mud Pack

  • They first clean your skin and soft massages your face and neck for about 5 - 10 minutes
  • They cover your eyes and explain to you that she will start do face  steaming. This is around 10 - 15 minutes
  • Therapist removes your eye patch and starts cleaning your face again with warm towel
  • Then the pain starts! Pricking starts! They do this to your entire face and neck (around 10 minutes)
  • After which they place a white net and starts to use the usual red laser (I don't know the name)
  • Then lastly, they place the cold white mud pack to your face (whitening). They leave this in for 10 - 15 minutes
Overall, the treatment is okay for the amount I paid. These are just some of the must-improve aspects I can suggest to Let's Face It:

  • Place looks so dirty and undone. They need to invest more on the ambiance and "feel". Overall aesthetic is FAIL.
  • Customer service of front desk is also FAIL. Not a moment did I feel special. Instead, I felt rushed in terms of the service I received. To think there's not much people at the clinic when I got in.
  • Therapist needs training on how to react to customers properly. When I asked my therapist, "Miss easy lang sa prick ha. Wag masakit" (Miss, go easy on the pricking. Don't make it painful). Her reply to me was, "Sir, masakit talaga to. Tiis na lang" (It's really painful. Just bear it!) This is the first time I heard this comment before the procedure. What ever happened to consoling the customer? hahaha
  •  Their ceiling looks creepy and looks like part of a horror booth
