Folded and Hung - Erroneously Billed Me Php27,960.00 (CONCLUSION)

Last April 29, I blogged about a terrible experience I had transacting business with Folded and Hung, SM Bicutan branch. If you missed it, you can check my blog archive. But if you're lazy to check it, bottom line is, they deducted Ph27,960.00 from simply buying 2 pairs of jeans and 2 underwear. Stupid you think? Well, wait until you hear the resolution time!

The actual erroneous billing took place April 28, Sunday afternoon. During initial discussion, the commitment is for the cash to be credited back 2 to 3 banking days. This is for BDO to validated that indeed the transaction is invalid and is a result of a grand stupidity of the cashier. Naturally, after 3 days I had to check. And how was it? Failed!

To cut the very looooong story short, the amount was debited back May 8, Wednesday. The commitment of 3 days turned 10. This is what you call customer service from hell!

As my good friend told me, avoid purchasing goods using your EPS or debit cards. Better use your credit card or the old-school cash payment. I SOO AGREE!

To Tanya De Jesus of Folded and Hung, thanks for your relentless effort of making me feel good during the irritating experience. Like I told you, I am never an easy customer; aggravated by the poor service of your brainless cashier didn't help much either. But overall, thanks for being patient and thanks for looking over my issue.
