Folded and Hung - Erroneously Billed Me Php27,960.00


Share Talk about hassle! I made a simple purchase yesterday at Folded and Hung, SM Bicutan and never expected that it would totally ruin my day... Well, more of ruin my week!

The total of my purchase is Php2,796.00 but the counter personnel debited Php27,960.00 from my BDO account. What is even worst is that, the counter girl (Lyneth Bananola) is so worried that it'll be charged to her, personally! Well, more of , "let's just forget about an irritated customer who got billed Php25,164 more!"

Frankly, I know that the excess amount will be credited back to me. But what is irritating and frustrating is how the case is being handled. This made me pick up the phone this morning and reported it to their head office. Hopefully after talking to their HR Manager, Dithas Guzman, somebody will own the mistake! Well, let's see and I'll update this blog.

Sometimes shopping can be oh so painful!
